UPDATE just had my yearly check up and cleaning with Heather. She is amazing. She explains what she is doing and what to expect. Is very kind and always remembers me. I've had my implants for 1-1/2 years. They are fantastic. Heather is the one that does my cleaning. She is so great, she talks you through each step. I do recommend Clear Choice for implants.

From Downtown Salt Lake City: I-15 South to South Jordan. Take Exit 293 for 10600 South, keeping right onto West South Jordan Parkway. Turn left at the second traffic light, River Front Parkway, then keep right. Turn right into the third driveway on the right. You'll see the ClearChoice sign on the building. From Provo/Orem: Head north on I-15 towards South Jordan. Take Exit 293 for 10600 South. Turn left at the light and head west on 10600 South (West South Jordan Parkway). At the second traffic light, turn left onto River Front Parkway and then keep right. Turn right into the third driveway on the right. You'll see the ClearChoice sign on the building.
