Is ClearChoice® accepting new patients?

What are dental implants, and am I a good candidate?
Dental implants are small titanium posts that are inserted into the jawbone. They act as artificial tooth roots and help to secure prosthetic teeth into place. Dental implants are a healthy and effective option for permanent tooth replacement. While it’s necessary to have sufficient bone density, a ClearChoice doctor will be able to make the best recommendation for you. Speak to your local ClearChoice Dental Implant Center to learn more about your options.

Can full mouth dental implants be done on the same day?
Yes, full mouth dental implants can often be completed in a single day³, a procedure known as “One Day Teeth Implants.” This involves placing the implants in strategic positions and attaching a full arch of teeth immediately. You’re able to leave your visit with a set of new, fully functional temporary teeth as you heal. Once your customized set of teeth is finished and your mouth has recovered, you’ll return to get your permanent teeth placed.
³A majority of patients qualify for same day implants and can have their procedure in one day after initial workup, without additional bone graft surgery, and may leave the office that same day with provisional prostheses and the final prostheses to be placed later.
How do I apply for third-party financing for my dental implants?
Applying for third-party financing is simple. During your consultation at ClearChoice, our team can support through the application process with available third-party vendors. If qualified, you can usually get pre-approved quickly, allowing you to focus on planning your treatment.
