It’s hard to imagine yourself without teeth, but unfortunately sometimes that happens. Then you’re stuck trying to accept this new “version” of yourself. It’s emotionally trying and a very difficult road. However, this no longer has to be the end all, be all. At ClearChoice, they give you the life you once had, back. I wanted to talk about the specific ClearChoice location I went to. The West Harrison, NY location was beyond incredible. From the first appointment, to my surgery, through the recovery process and all the way to the big day when I received my final teeth, the team and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I really felt like I had my own team taking care of me and it felt so personal. The first step of this whole journey was with Sandra. She took care of my intake and my smile design. She was so sweet and helped ease so much of my nervousness about what awaited me next. With Dr. Broccoli, Dr. Kato and Dr. Amenado, I knew I was in excellent hands for my surgery. They did an amazing job and I cannot thank them enough for all that they have done. They gave me my life back! The front desk girls, Alison and Vanessa are the absolute sweetest and so helpful with making sure all your appointments are setup and if any changes needed to be made, they were more than accommodating. As for The Surgery Team, Monica and Lina; they were there for me at one of the most important parts of this journey and always there to answer any questions I may have had. They made me feel like they were always there for me; and that is something I had never experienced with any other doctor or dental office. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!! And now for one of the people I became closest with, Diana. I’m a huge believer that there are people in this world that come into our lives for a reason. I believe Diana is one of those people. She never treated me like just a patient. She always spoke to me as if her and I had known each other for years. Diana, I cannot thank you enough. You are an incredible person and I am truly grateful for you. I am so glad you are the first person I got to show my new smile too, and I will never forget this moment in time. I have to mention the two gentleman who make the magic happen; Frank and Ernesto. You are the ones who made my new teeth become a reality and I am beyond grateful for what you have given me. I also wanted to mention the wonderful Dr. Franklin. Although she was not part of my team, I did have the pleasure of meeting her, and she is the sweetest. I promise that if you are one of her patients, you are in excellent hands. I started this review by talking about how I never imagined that one day I would lose all my teeth. After 5 years of no teeth, the nervousness I had being in public, my inability to eat certain things, and the constant emotional pain I experienced; I now no longer feel like something is “wrong with me”. All of that is because of ClearChoice and all of the people I spoke about above. Let me leave you with this, if you have found yourself in the same spot I once was in, I’m here to tell you that you are not alone. I highly recommend you to call this specific ClearChoice location so that they too can help you get your smile back.

Today is my last day here and I am very excited. Everything came out perfectly, I have my smile back and the colors match. Thanks to Dr Franklin and Dr Kato for their patience and integrity. They are the best and also the clinical staff, shouout to Sandra she's great.
