After being let down by several dentists in the past, I developed severe dental anxiety. In August, I went to the dentist because of a receding gum and a wiggly tooth. I was given a diagnosis and outcome that I never expected to hear, which left me with even more anxiety and so many unanswered questions. My sister found ClearChoice, and from the moment I went in for my consultation, I immediately felt a difference. The entire staff was welcoming, kind, and understanding, especially considering that I was a complete nervous wreck! Emerald took the time to explain everything and helped me understand my options so I could make the best decision for myself. She even called to check on me and was always there to help answer any questions I had. Judith, Milena, and Dr. Chan were all amazing and gentle, and they helped me feel safe and comfortable before my procedure. At my 10-day checkup, Dr. Chan and Dr. Gouveia continued to take the time to make sure I was doing well and answer any questions I had. Dr. Gouveia also took his time explaining everything about my teeth and the steps we needed to take moving forward. From the beginning of this journey and throughout my procedure and follow-up care, I have felt supported and cared for by the entire team. beginning my full dental implant journey was something I never imagined I would have to do. But my health is most important. I started my journey with ClearChoice on August 27th, and I am currently in the first stage of the process. While this has been an emotional journey, ClearChoice has helped ease so much of my fear and anxiety. I am now looking forward to the next stage of my journey with excitement and confidence. I am so grateful to the entire ClearChoice team for making such a difficult and unexpected experience feel a little less scary.
