My story is a bit unique… my dental implant surgery done at The Woodlands ClearChoice Dental Implant Center. My experience with Dr Jacob and her amazing team was extremely positive. I am so happy with my beautiful new smile. In December 2024 my wife and I moved from our home in Kingwood (suburb of Houston) to the Fort Worth area. After much thought, I realized that I should consider a ClearChoice location that was in closer proximity to our new home for my continued care and oversight. I requested that my information be sent to the Fort Worth ClearChoice Dental Implant Center. As you can imagine, going to a new ClearChoice location brings significant concerns over the continuation of the great care that I had always received at The Woodlands ClearChoice Center. My experience with Dr. Jacob and her team was always so amazing… should I even consider making a change in care? I asked myself… “How would the Fort Worth ClearChoice Dental Implant Center compare?” … So this is what happened… Making the appointment was very easy to schedule and I was greeted with a friendly smile when I arrived. I was treated and cared for like I had been a patient at this location from the very beginning. I was overwhelmed by the seamless continuation of great service, personal kindness, and professional care. It’s truly a wonderful thing to actually experience the transition and continuation of quality oversight and personal care from 2 different ClearChoice locations. I love my beautiful smile and I am so grateful for ClearChoice. I will continue to advocate for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers as "THE STANDARD” for dental implant care.

After going to, what seemed to me ,a money hungry office, i decided to get a second opinion somewhere else for a single dental implant so i came to Clearchoice and i am SO glad i did!! I had been missing my front tooth since a teenager (i am now in my mid 20s), i had been so embarrassed being so young without a front tooth and was honestly scared to do anything about it because of dental anxiety. As i got older i realized something needed to be done . Walking into Clearchoice i was still very nervous & embarrassed, fast forward to now, i can definitely say my confidence in my smile has boosted. The WHOLE staff is AMAZING! They made me feel comfortable, really took their time with me and listened to all my questions and concerns. I will forever thank Dr. G and the dental assistant Angie, they are the BOMB.COM and made me so comfortable! Much love to this place and will definitely be recommended to others.

Directions

From the North: Navigate to I-35W South toward Fort Worth. Travel south on I-35W. Use the right two lanes to take exit fifty-one to merge onto I-30 West/US-377 toward Abilene. In seven miles, take exit eight A toward Green Oaks Road. Merge onto West Freeway. In two hundred feet, your destination will be on the right. From the South: Navigate to I-35W North toward Fort Worth. Travel north on I-35W. Take exit fifty-one A to merge onto I-30 West toward Abilene. In seven miles, take exit eight A toward Green Oaks Road. Merge onto West Freeway. In two hundred feet, your destination will be on the right. From the West: Navigate to I-20 East towards Fort Worth. Keep left at the fork to continue to I-30 East. Take exit eight toward Ridgmar Boulevard/Ridglea Avenue. Turn left on Ridgmar Boulevard. In two hundred fifty feet, turn left onto West Freeway. In point three miles, your destination will be on the right. From the East: Navigate to I-30 West toward Abilene. Travel west on I-30. Take exit eight A toward Green Oaks Road. Landmarks

We're located at One Ridgmar Centre, a 10-story building with multiple square windows along the north side of Interstate 30, just east of the Ridgmar Mall. The main entrance of the building faces southeast. Please park in an assigned ClearChoice parking space or undesignated parking space.
