ClearChoice Dental Implant Center^® Detroit Southfield

I have been going to ClearChoice for my Implant repairs and upgrades since August 2018. During my visits, I met some wonderful people, including Mohamed (who now has his clinic), Shannon (the current General Manager), Karem, and Monica. However, the current scheduler, the lady at the front desk, whose name is Nadine, is quite different than anyone I have met before, including previous schedulers. For one thing, she is very rude, and she plays games with the schedule. She selects and schedules appointments the way she chooses. She schedules some people for a short period, while others for an extended period. One time, I had an emergency and I was experiencing a terrible pain, she had me wait for two weeks, which had never happened before for an emergency. The next time I called, she attempted to make me wait for an extended period, but I insisted on speaking with the doctor. All of a sudden, she said I have an opening in two days. In another instance, I was in the lobby when I heard her talking to a patient over the phone. She asked the patient what time they preferred and scheduled them to come in the next day. I had a scheduled appointment for repair at the ClearChoice Clinic in Southfield, Michigan, on March 14, 2025. During this visit, I met two exceptional people. Karam, a technician, and Shannon, the branch General Manager, both have warm and friendly personalities and are very effective in their work. Shannon explained things confidently and knowledgeably, making it easy for me to decide on a project. I was scheduled for an extensive oral surgery on Tuesday, 08/14/2018 @ 7:30 am with Clear Choice Dental. I arrived @ 7:00 am and was immediately escorted to a waiting room. After few minutes, one of the support nurses came in with a form to fill out and asked me to provide some needed information for the surgery. Before I was moved to the operating (surgery) room, one of the presiding Doctors Dr. Micheal Higginbotham came in and asked me some background health information. At the operating (surgery) room, things went smoothly for the most part, except, the anesthesia system did not work like it supposed to and I was feeling some pain. So, the Doctor had to postpone inserting implants in the lower jaw. The entire staff was wonderful, specially, Mohamed and the two presiding Doctors ( Dr. Ahmed Affifi, and Dr. Higginbotham).

I have never made a better decision than my decision to have my implants done here. The team is simply spectacular! Dr. Afify is amazing as well as Erica. They formed a plan that I could actually afford!!! I have a smile again!

Clear choice is the best decision for dental implants. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Afify makes you feel welcome and at ease.
