I"vr been a client of Clear Choice Dentl for over 7 years now. On 11/6/25 I finally received my 1st cleaning. Ive done everything just as I was told, so Im not sure why they had me waite this long for this proceedure. The 1st 2 cleanings are included in the total price of me getting a full set of implants. There was some issues I was very unhappy about & voiced those issues, example: being told that not everyone gets their teeth to be perfect. I said "Well Im one of those people who does get them perfect especially for what I paid for them." It took many many tries & I felt the dentist & the people who make the actual teeth were getting pretty upset with me. I didn't back down till I did get my perfect teeth. Expl #2 I began to feel like a number towards the end of this process & I still feel that way after my cleaning. Your to feel & told how special & important you are in the beginning, but got me in & out on my yearly visit, this last visit. The Dr spends very little time with you, but I consider that to be a good thing in away. That means Im doing things right. My hygienist was terrific. She is very knowledgeable, kind & explained everything she was doing & told me things I was doing well & gave me tips for what I could do better at. She took the time to really clean my mouth, but I don't think my implants had even been touched other than when taking them out. That's one of the complaints I'd have for this visit...the cleaning of my physical set of teeth. I'd hoped they would have cleaned them & polished them. I didn't really hear much about this. I made the mistake of not asking them &/or telling them things I wanted done. I feel my teeth have changed color. They aren't as bright as they were in the beginning & just assumed by polishing & cleaning them they would look new again. THEY DID NOT. The other problem is I was given a new mouthgard that was so beautiful, Clear & fits well. Well, on my prior visit I had to purchase 2 mouthgards, which the past ones were free. They are very bulky (fit like a sports mouthgard) they are both huge & very cloudy, ugly actually & I have to wear them at all times & I can barely talk, they are sharp, large & fit funny. I though that was just how they came. Obviously that's not true. I feel the mouth gards I purchase ($75 for each) should look like the one I just received. I have to wear my mouthgard pretty much 24/7. Im very disappointed to not have been told about or have the good ones given to me especially since I had to purchase them. But also them knowing I wear mine all the time. I do want to say that if it wasn't for the wonderful lady dentist I have Dr A. & the employees that Ive had since the beginning, Kim & Ali, I may not keep going back to this Clear Choice. The management has addressed most of the issues I've had, I just hope they stick to their word to what they promised. Please keep in mind if you want to do this procedure with the best materials they offer, I believe its call zirconium - an unbreakable material is what I was told. The infomercial says they are guaranteed for life. Well, make sure you read the very fine print. Because they have many reasons why they won't replace them for free like the infomercial says. I still think this was a terrific choice I made to have implants & to have Clear Choice Dental be the Company to have done them. They really have changed my life. I'm not physically sick anymore & I smile & laugh like I use to. Thank you Clear Choice.
