I would recommend ClearChoice to anyone looking into Dental Implants. I did the full dental implant arches, top and bottom. About my situation: I lost one of my front teeth. There were some factors behind this. I do not got to the dentist. I hated hearing how bad my mouth hygiene was. I would brush once a day. I had braces when I was a teenager and tried to take care of them. I also had gingivitis and got worse. I am also in a customer facing job, so appearance is something I care about. I am also young, in my 30s and am still single. I was worried about what options were available to me. My biggest fear is that how serious gingivitis can be if it isn’t taken care of. I didn’t know this till I was informed. If it spreads, beyond your mouth, it can kill you. That was a fear triggered for me. Since they removed all my teeth that had so much plaque, the risk goes to zero. This fear has now gone away. I originally went to a competitor that I was recommended to by my dentist. They went through the initial process. They explained a bit of it to me but I told them I needed to think about it. Especially since the price can close to that of a new car. Luckily they have loans you can apply for. After thinking about it and discussing it with my family, I was recommended to get a second opinion. This is how I came across ClearChoice. Booking an appointment was easy. The initial process was way better and in depth. They even went over details they saw from the X-rays that the competitor didn’t even see or notice. They even beat the competitor’s price by a good chunk. I did do a payment plan and it has been smooth sailing. Since they are pretty much all over the USA, I didn’t have to worry about the “what if I move to so and so for yearly cleanings/etc”. After another appointment to start the process, I was ready for surgery. It will be a whole day of surgery (7:30 to 5 PM was my day) and it went smoothly as far as I remember (they knock you out so my mind was a bit fuzzy when they woke me up). But the worst part was trying to stay awake after surgery so they could move to another room while they work on getting the implants ready. But it was a waiting game for the rest of the day. Once you get the “training teeth”, they let you go. I was able to walk upstairs to my apartment with no help. I put ice packs on my cheeks and rested. Recovery was a process and I recommend taking 4-5 days off before going back to work. But everything went smoothly. The soft food diet wasn’t bad. I lived on yogurt, Mac and cheese, and Ensure (Protein Shakes) for the first two weeks after surgery. I did not have issues with sleeping during recovery. After the next appointment to check how the healing process was going for my gums. I got to adjust my diet a little bit. I could chew a bit. It does take a bit to get used to chewing and everything. But after about a month, I got pretty use to them. I bit my tongue in cheek a few times while I was getting use to my training teeth. As of this review, I do not have the final product but so far the process has been smooth. At this time, I am getting my final teeth in January 2026. Maintenance is easier than I expected. Brush, use water pick, and mouthwash twice a day. Then floss if you have issues with the water pick. I did travel shortly after surgery for work and no issues. Once you finally get the final product, it only one cleaning per year for life. $300 out of pocket per year. Dental insurance is cheap, but I dropped it since my insurance wouldn’t cover the cleanings. But I think you can use FSA or HSA to cover this cost as well. My training teeth look great and I have felt more confident in my smile and how I look. Speech has not been an issue. I adjusted pretty quickly and they can help adjust the teeth to be better for you. I may add more to this review once I get my final denture implant.
