Dr. Moreno is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with dual fellowship training in pediatric craniofacial surgery and head and neck oncologic surgery with microvascular reconstruction. He earned his DDS from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and completed his surgical residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. A U.S. Navy officer, he serves as a residency program director, an assistant professor of surgery, and a journal reviewer. He is passionate about restoring form and function for his patients.
Dr. Moreno has volunteered as a surgeon on cleft mission trips to Honduras, Vietnam, and Cabo Verde, providing care to children in need.
