The journey starts with a free consultation, where the doctor will create a customized treatment plan that fits your personal goals. This includes the all-inclusive cost for your procedure.
Pre-Procedure Exam
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll discuss exactly how you want your new smile to look in order to begin customizing the size, shape, and color of your new teeth. Once this exam is complete, you are ready to schedule your actual procedure.
Dental Implant Procedure
This is your big day. Depending on your procedure, your ClearChoice doctors have a variety of pain management options to make you as comfortable as possible. Many of our patients report far less pain than they anticipated. After the procedure, your dental implants will be in place, and you’ll go home with a temporary set of teeth.
Post-Procedure Checkups
As you heal, you’ll come in for regular checkups at no additional cost. Our staff will make sure you’re adjusting to the new implants and prepare your final set of teeth. You’ll try these teeth to make sure they’re comfortable and fit the way you want.
Receive Your Custom Teeth
This is the final step. When your mouth has finished healing, we can replace your temporary teeth with your new teeth. You’ll have a custom smile made just for you that looks, feels, and functions like real teeth.
