I am so please with the excellent and personable care that Kayla and Dr. Deal showed me today installing my new final set of teeth. Kayla's was both very friendly and explain what was going to take place before starting. I really appreciated that professional communication with me. It provides me with comfort of what to expect from the procedure, rather than someone just working in my mouth and not knowing what to expect or being surprised by something. Thank you Kayla for such a high level of professionalism in installing my new and final teeth, they turn out every bit as much as I had hoped for. After Kayla was done she requested Dr. Deal to come in and examine the install. Dr. Deal was very thorough in his examination of the install as well as checking my bit. Upon my stating that my right side seem to bit down tighter than my left side he with the assistance from Kayla, made an adjustment which resulted in a more comfortable bit.
