Directions

From the North: Head south on Interstate 405 South. Take Exit 13-B for 8th Street West. Turn sharply right onto 112th Avenue and continue for 0.3 miles. 1200 112th Avenue will be on the right, just past 12th Street. We are located in Building C, Suite 110. From the South: Head north on Interstate 405 North. Take Exit 13-B for Northeast 8th Street. Follow signs for Northeast 8th Street West and merge onto Northeast 8th Street West. Turn right onto 112th Avenue and continue for 0.3 miles. 1200 112th Avenue will be on the right, just past 12th Street. We are located in Building C, Suite 110.

We're located at the NE corner of 12th & 112th Ave NE in the Commons Professional Bldg, north of the Overlake Hospital. Parking is complimentary in any available space located in either the open parking lot or the covered parking.
