We're located at the corner of West End Ave and 18th Ave S., on the 11th floor of the 18-story brick and glass Midtown high rise formerly known as “Palmer Plaza.” The building is adorned with a “Tennessean” sign at the top. The parking garage is accessible via 18th Ave, 21st Ave and alley. Enter the building via either Level 1 of garage down a couple steps and into the main lobby or Level 2 of garage for covered walkway entrance into the 2nd floor lobby. Take the elevator to 11th floor. Parking will be validated in the center after the patient provides their license plate number to the center's front desk. Please take a picture or write down your license plate number.
