ClearChoice does not accept direct payment from insurance carriers. You’ll receive a single, all-inclusive bill that you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement (depending on your plan). What is the dental implant process at ClearChoice?
At ClearChoice, most journeys include

What imaging or diagnostics are done during the consultation at ClearChoice?
During your consultation at ClearChoice, your doctor will review your health history and typically perform dental X-rays and a 3D CBCT scan to evaluate bone quality and oral structures. We may also capture digital photos and take impressions/records as needed. These diagnostics help determine implant eligibility and guide your plan.
