Starting with I have my temperary teeth. The staff here has been great. Everyone is easy to understand and eager to answer questions. Because of some of my health issues I had teeth pulled over several visits then the tempery teeth were installed. My face hurt for almost 3 weeks but each week is getting better, it was even hard to shave. But all is settled down now and learning to eat with a full mouth of teeth. A new experience I have not had in 20 years. I look forward to my perment teeth and smile in July so I can enjoy an even better smile than I have today. Thanks Clear Choice Portland

The entire experience was incredible! My husband and I both were patients over this last year and from the planning with Jennifer to the procedure and final delivery, we were treated as if we were the only clients in the building! They really take pride in their work down to every detail. Even working hard to make the financing happen (thanks Jen!) They were very receptive to specific wants and actually care that you are totally happy with your results! Love these guys! Annie, Jenny, Julie and of course Dr. Sam! The surgeon is also incredible and takes time to make sure you understand every aspect of the procedure and post-op. I would recommend this team to anyone who is in need and know that you are in great hands! If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!! Definitely worth it!!

From Highway 217 South: Head south toward Exit 7. Take Exit 7 and turn right onto 72nd Avenue. Follow 72nd Avenue to Hampton Street and turn right. Continue on Hampton Street to 68th Avenue; the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center will be on the corner. From I-205 and I-5 South: Head north on I-5 toward Exit 293. Take Exit 293 and merge onto Southwest 65th Avenue. Turn left onto Southwest Atlanta Street/Southwest Haines Street. Turn left onto Southwest 68th Avenue, and the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center will be on your left. From Downtown Portland: Head southwest on Interstate 5 South to Exit 293. Take Exit 293 and turn left onto Southwest 68th Avenue. The ClearChoice Dental Implant Center will be on your left.
