From Highway 217 South: Head south toward Exit 7. Take Exit 7 and turn right onto 72nd Avenue. Follow 72nd Avenue to Hampton Street and turn right. Continue on Hampton Street to 68th Avenue; the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center will be on the corner. From I-205 and I-5 South: Head north on I-5 toward Exit 293. Take Exit 293 and merge onto Southwest 65th Avenue. Turn left onto Southwest Atlanta Street/Southwest Haines Street. Turn left onto Southwest 68th Avenue, and the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center will be on your left. From Downtown Portland: Head southwest on Interstate 5 South to Exit 293.
