ClearChoice Dental Implant Center ^® Westlake

Absolutely love my experience here. I’m about half way through. I got permanent top implants and snap on bottoms. About 3 weeks post op, still some soreness and I haven’t worn my bottoms too much but stitches just came out and working then in because it is just a strange feeling. I would recommend they are so nice and helpful and they really want you to be as confident as you can and want to be. Picture post opp below !

So I had my consultation yesterday 5/7/24 I walked in and the vibe I had as soon as I walked in was calm. The young lady at the desk was so nice she walked me through the paper work I needed to fill out. Once that was done, I was introduced to Brian the patient advocate he took me to the consultation room walked me through the process. Brian is truly an amazing patient advocate he is very sincere when talking to the individual. He showed me around the facility, and it really is amazing. Once all that was done, I met Dr Kessling he also is a great addition to the dentistry profession. He was honest, caring and up front. needless to say I am having my work competed with clearChoice simply because they did not make me feel ashamed at all. I'll make another review once my procedure has been completed but as of right now, these guys are AMAZING.

Ok. I feel it is only fair that I share a part of my story, if for no other reason, to help out another person who is maybe where I was a few months ago. Where i was... wasn't a great place. My teeth were nothing but a burden on my life. Either i was in pain or i was becoming more ashamed with each one rotting away day after day. I finally began searching for answers laying in bed during early morning hours when i was just desperate for something to help me. Everything led me towards dental implants of one type or another. I just wanted an idea of what this might cost. Unfortunately i never found an answer by clicking on different websites. My only real chance to learn more would be to sign up for a consultation. After doing some research i decided to sign up for a free clearchoice consultation. Everyone i came in contact with from ClearChoice in Westlake Ohio has treated me with nothing but respect and never once made me feel ashamed of my shameful grill. (funfact-I never had to open my mouth at the first consultation.) That fun fact may seem rather trivial to some, but for me it only made my experience that much more enjoyable. The entire team works well together and each branch does its thing. There's one guy at the Westlake branch that at a minimum needs to win employee of the month and a large raise. He is there for the patient and he is relentless in his persistence to do whatever he can whether it be on his day off or in the middle of the night. Brian is someone who literally bends over backwards to do what's right for us, the customer, the patient. I have truly been blown away from the whole team, Wendy, Ashlee, Dr Kessling and many others. They all just make you feel so comfortable. The biggest obstacle for me was finding a way to afford the procedure. Once again... Brian to the rescue. Somehow, someway, Brian made it happen. Once the financing was in place, I assumed the level of attention i was receiving would start to dwindle. Not the case. Brian kept on top of everything for me. Hopefully someday i can come and do a better review. Something less scatterbrained. Hopefully if nothing else you take from this review is simply this... Westlake ClearChoice is top shelf, first class all the way and they really do care about each person that walks thru their doors. While I'm still in the middle of my journey, i feel this is a new start for me and i consider myself lucky for having come in contact with the folks at ClearChoice Westlake.
