They have great communication and make the wait go by fast by keeping conversations during your visit. I had Eli the last couple times and he was great ! Never any judgment from them on any problems that can arise or fixes that need done. Shane is SUPER QUICK in the lab and does a great job! Overall everyone there is great!

All went well for my first proceedure.
