Every morning we review the patients on the schedule, not just for their dental needs, but a full portrait of the patient as a person. Ali at the front desk is a future dentist, and extremely polite. We couldn't get him to stop saying "PLEASE call 911" during CPR training. Mandy wears more hats than anyone can count. She tells us corny jokes every day, organizes all our lunches and outings, restocks refreshments for patients, decorates for seasons, holiday and birthdays, and covers multiple jobs when they need covering, all on top of her actual job. She is also scarily competitive, do not test her in Bocci ball. Nikki is one of the best PECs in the company, and about to build a brand-new home for the first time. Michaela is also one of the best PECs in the company, and she's maintained that status thru carrying baby #3, due in April! Amanda is our newest PEC and travels all the way from Cincinnati every day to be a part of our team. Kayla is both the youngest assistant in the house, and the leader of her department. She loves live music and has been to Disney easily 30 times in her life. Kamyra is the newest assistant to join the team, yet her name appears in more positive reviews than anyone. She's a vibrant Scorpio who likes to balance health & fun. Kellie is our most experienced assistant, and is getting married later this year. And if you think she's enthusiastic about that, you should ask about her dog Sophie. Crystal assists both in surgery and prosthodontics, is an incredibly hard worker and huge patient advocate. She is also immensely proud of her children and loves to talk about them. Gina beat cancer, loves her old dog Buster, espresso martinis, working out, and wants everyone to know she is NOT mean! She "just has one of those faces." Tyavia works hard not only in surgery, but moonlights as an influencer. Lisa is a proud mom to an amazing college softball player. Jodee works insanely hard in surgery, raising her kids, still makes time for bocci ball, and runs mostly on milkshakes! Nate is a CDT, and the recently published author of A Walk Through the Neighborhood (by Nathan D. Boyd, available on Amazon). Josh may technically work in the lab, but is the first person many call when they need help with an odd job. He answers phones, sets up TVs for important sports games, and gets snacks un-stuck from the vending machine. We call Matthew "Our Fearless Leader." He gets his passion for teamwork from eating, sleeping, living & breathing baseball. Dr. Chavan is an accomplished family man, proud recovered sugar addict, casual mathematician, and an only recently defeated March Madness champion. Dr. Rikos is a fast, accurate & experienced surgeon who, during surgery, at no extra cost, will perform for you his impressively eclectic music tastes. And Dr. McGlumphy brings to the table the most experience, fun, kindness, generosity, empathy, &care of anyone. You cant choose better than the Dublin team.

I m very happy! Everyone has been so kind & patient w me. I love love my teeth. Its almost like a new life after yrs of pain, poor diet, feeling ugly. Now its like new me. Trying foods, laughing, even little racy lipstix! I realized i was absent in most pictures for years but not now. Most people cant even believe it when i do say i have dentures. I have never once regretted this decision! Thank you!!
