This journey has been transformative, and today marks my final day. While I feel sad to leave, I truly cherish the time I spent with the incredible staff who supported me over the last three months. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Doll, Shawnee, Bianca, Renee, and the wonderful receptionist who greeted me with smiles during my toughest days. If you have questions, I have the answers. I’ll admit I wasn’t the friendliest person when I first walked in the door, but over time, everyone involved helped me find my smile again. Before going to my consultation I was very nervous about the whole process. A million “what if“ entered into mind but I went to the appointment a very glad that I did. I had the pleasure of meeting Justin Boyd and he took me under his wings and made me feel comfortable. I think he knew I was nervous and hesitant about the whole process. After talking to him and reviewing everything that was needed I knew for sure I was not going to be approved. He took my info and what do you know I was approved and he was able to get me into a payment plan that I could afford. If it wasn’t for him encouraging me and telling me that I had nothing to be embarrassed about I don’t think it would’ve happened so quickly. So I appreciate Mr. Boyd for the time he spent with me going over everything I needed to know. He reminded me that I could go on with that smile I was had and loved.
