I want to scream from the rooftops or mountain tops how great my experience was with clear choice, because they explain every step that would happen and what to expect for each appointment, you can’t get any clearer than that and it decreased my fear of dental work. I made a bad choice and went to a dentist called Abbey’s dental, they talked me into getting veneers, not knowing what they were about to do, they convinced me that it would be a smart decision but what they didn’t tell me was that they were going to drill down my teeth and after sitting in that dental chair, and was like what are you doing, I need a break from this chair. Well by that point they had drilled down my healthy teeth and ignored a problem tooth. It was too late to change my mind. The veneers were anchored down by small mental posts and ten years later, I was eating and my veneer fell out. I thought no problem as they came with a lifetime warranty, so I said I will contact them and they could fix it, only to find out they were bought out by another name, and the worst part was they said they don’t cover the warranty. So I started checking out options, I went to a dentist that does implants, my nerves were on high alert, they took X-rays, said they would be able to get me in and get full upper and lower implants, but they wanted to get a medical clearance prior to surgery. They gave me a doctors office and their phone number. I called, I got an appointment, he ordered blood test, then the phone call came, I discovered I had diabetes 2, he could not give me the medical clearance for surgery., I was devastated!! So I changed my diet, reduced my sugar intake and changed my life to one of a healthy lifestyle. Months went by, I could not go out to eat, Ii became reclusive with little to not going out in public. I could feel the changes in my body, I had lost 40lbs but I was still not happy and one day I decided to explore my options again. I kept seeing the ads for clear choice, I filled out a short survey and they called me back. I spoke with Jennifer in detail and she listened, she bought in the surgeon and we talked, from that point I felt so confident and comfortable, we set a date for the surgery. I was so excited!! Surgery day came and I was so calm, it was like I had been here before but I hadn’t, it was just how everyone ( the staff) made me feel. I felt I needed to tell my story and the journey I went through to make you understand this was not a cosmetic decision, it was a lifestyle decision for the rest of my life and how I feel today and how happy I am. The road may have been long but so worth every step I made to get here today and the joy I feel. Clear choice is the BEST CHOICE hands down!! I want to thank each and every person who took me through this journey at clear choice. You are the best!!
