ClearChoice Dental Implant Center ^® Ann Arbor

My 15 remaining teeth had gotten so bad I had to do something. After researching many options, I decided to schedule a free consultation with Clearchoice Ann Arbor. Frank was very professional and went over all my options in clear, concise detail, with many telephone follow ups. I got a tour of the facility and was totally impressed that everything could be done in house. I finally decided on the Zirconia dentures with all on four titanium implants, upper and lower. My reason for this was that zirconia has the bite force close to my original teeth, don’t stain easily, they never come out of your mouth, and no polygrip or similar to deal with. The teeth extraction and the dental implants were all done the same day by Dr. Awada and Dr. Thomas. They then fitted me with temporary acrylic dentures the same day too. My mouth was really sore for two weeks but the pain was manageable. I was on a soft food diet for 3 months to let the jawbone and titanium implants fuse together. It was hard to chew food for the first couple of weeks but around the fourth week I was able to start to chew normally again. After three months I was fitted with my final zirconia teeth. The looked great, felt great and I was able to chew and smile again. This was a life changing experience for me. Yes, they are expensive, but when you consider the quality of life I’ll have going forward, it’s a small price to pay. They have other less expensive options. They worked with me to get the financing to do this. Do I have any regrets, absolutely not? Dr. Awada, Dr. Thomas and the whole Clearchoice staff (Ann Arbor, Michigan), were courteous, professional, and made me feel special. I have only the highest praise and respect for all of the staff. If you are considering dental implants, dentures etc., I highly recommend Clearchoice (Ann Arbor).

This place, (Clear Choice implants in Ann Arbor, MI.) is hands down professional grade! I went to my 1st consultation on August 6, 2025. Every single appointment, after that date? Went exactly how it should’ve. At my 1st consultation, I was given a treatment timeline. A list of what my scheduled appointments, will mirror. (At least a ball park range) Because every individual, will have a slightly different healing experience. I had my implant surgery, done the morning of 8/20. The surgery was A LOT LESS PAINFUL, that I had imagined!! (Thank You, Dr. Thomas) I had compared it to the many times, that I had a tooth or 2 extracted. To my surprise, it was nothing like that! I left that day, with a full mouthful of NEW teeth. (Temporary teeth, that is) Afterwards, I had a few more follow-up appointments just to make sure everything was healing good. Then, as of yesterday 11/12/2025 I received my new permanent teeth!! My 1st impression of my new permanent teeth, is beyond my expectations! The staff there….EVERYONE ONE OF THEM!! Are very knowledgeable and kind! Hell, they even catered to me, being scared half to death before having about 20 teeth pulled at 1 appointment! There are many people, at that office that should be mentioned, cause they ARE ALL very good at what they do!! I especially want to mention, and recognize certain individuals that constantly go above and beyond!! Erica Payne, for starters! She is the General Manager at that office. The 1 person that I worked with the most though, Dr. Awada!! He is the one, that is in charge of everything with the prosthetics. Sorry, for such a long review!! But, I wanted to give anyone that is thinking about this process? A clear understanding of the entire process. If I could go back and do it all over again??
