The Dr. Max Smith III and Dr. Dane St. John team were exceptional providers in the performance of my dental implant services. Dr. Smith presented himself in a confident, personable and professional manner throughout the process. I left my initial consultation knowing I had a team with the necessary skill and expertise to support the intricate surgical and implant procedures I required. Although I met Dr. St. John briefly, I was impressed by how comfortable he made me during the day of the surgical process. Today, my final upper and lower implant appliances were delivered. I'm astonished with the results! The entire team including the patient education consultant, receptionist, and all the assistants and technicians are commended for a job well done! A special acknowledgment goes out to Hayden the Treat Plan Coordinator. She provided mounds of records and documentation I needed to submit to my dental insurance company. Overall 10 Gold Stars!

Writing this post for my husband, Don. He researched all tooth replacement options and companies over several years. The time was right and we were in a good location. ClearChoice in Metairie, LA (New Orleans) was where he wanted to go. The process was wonderful. It only took three months from first visit to receiving his permanent teeth. Dr. Smith, Dr. St. John and their staffs are extremely knowledgeable and great communicators. Don was blessed with absolutely no issues with extraction. Totally shocked he had NO pain and very little swelling. First set of teeth worked well with his following the staff's directions and eating soft foods and liquids. This set will not be perfect as it is used to get your gums used to the new appliance. It is made on site and not made with titanium. Need to heal and swelling go down. You are checked and if ready a new set is installed really close to your finals. Side benefit was he lost a few pounds. The second set needed to be adjusted to align better between top and bottom. A new set was made and it was perfect. Within two days, Don called and told them to move ahead with the permanent set. This set is made off site. Took three weeks I think to get them. Today he received them and they are perfect! Now I just have to get him to smile more!! He is so happy with his ClearChoice decision. He only wishes he had done this sooner. ClearChoice is the right choice if you want perfect, permanent teeth. Thank you to Drs. Smith and St. John and team! They are highly recommended. Just think you don't have to deal with any more cavities, bridges, missing teeth, caps or root canals. You eliminate all that cost and pain. Getting these permanent teeth isn't so expensive or bad.
