Wow, how do I even begin? When my front crown broke off, I thought I was going o be stuck with no tooth for the rest of my life. The first word I can use to sum up my experience is kindness. From the moment I walked in for my first consultation, I was immediately put at ease. Bree went above and beyond to help me pick a financial plan that would work for me. When I called her to let her know I was going to be able to proceed, she was absolutely delighted for me. Dr. Cuestra walked me through all of the steps we were going to do. She has a very gentle, caring bedside(chairside?) manner. She took extra time to make sure my partial fit just right, I didn't have to settle for second best! When it came time for the oral surgery(I needed three procedures) Dr. Zawada could not have been more gentle. I was very scared going in but with his mannerism alone, I knew everything was going to be just fine. The procedure was over almost before I knew it! And now, all said and done, I have a nice new implant where I suffered from a gap in my teeth for the better part of a year. It is unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars in this review, if I could, I would give them a thousand! If I ever have further work that needs to be done, I know for sure where I am going! And If any of my friends ever need implant work, Clear Choice Downers Grove is the only place I will ever recommend! I once again thank this wonderful team for everything from the bottom of my heart!
