My consultation began with Cai, and from the moment we met, she made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. My smile had always affected my confidence and made conversations difficult, but Cai treated me with compassion and respect, walking me through every step of the process so that I fully understood what to expect. I then met with Dr. Luperon and Dr. Banan, who explained everything clearly and made sure I knew I was in great hands with their team. On the morning of my procedure, the surgical team and Dr. Lorraine were wonderful they carefully explained the entire process, and the anesthesiology and recovery teams provided exceptional care. A special thank you to PEP Katt, Sayge, and Kim, who took such great care of me and made sure I understood how to take care of my new smile. And last but certainly not least Dequan! What a breath of fresh air. His professionalism, kindness, and positive energy made every visit something to look forward to. He truly loves what he does, and it shows in how he treats his clients. Before coming to this ClearChoice location, I had visited another one and I can honestly say I’m so glad I made this choice. The entire team at Decatur provided exceptional service and care. I highly recommend this location 10 out of 10!

Our entrance is accessible through the first floor of the adjacent parking structure by exiting through the Level 1 blue access door.
