Received diagnosis & estimate from 5 leading companies and decided on ClearChoice & extremely satisfied with them. They reviewed my scans with me and why we needed to do bone grafts on the upper to ensure the implants would last. The other implant places never showed me the problem with my deep roots. They did a full mouth teeth extraction & installed implants in the bottom jaw & installed dentures in the upper. Went there today for my 3-month scan & the bone graft was a success however the medical staff & surgeon want to wait until the 6-month mark to ensure the bone density is solid which I agree with. They refitted my temporary upper denture & the fit is great. Professional & courteous staff. Glad I made ClearChoice my clear choice! UPDATE: Upper implants installed & July 15th my zirconium arches will be installed. They do it right so the implants last a lifetime.

At this location in Alpharetta, Dr. Dang runs a top-notch, professional operation that includes everything under 1 roof, including a lab and surgery. They know this business far better than the others I've personally visited in the ATL and JAX Metro Areas. Joe is your initial expert point of contact to determine feasibility and finances. Dr Dang is a very experienced prosthodontist who knows all the technical intricacies to finalize a solid bite and smile aesthetics. Jasmine will keep things in-tune with semi-annual cleanings. It's important to choose a provider who will be around for 10 years or more to honor any possible warranty claims. Don't be fooled by "Low Price" or "Half-Price" offers, you'll be sorry.

Use the right two lanes to take exit eighty-seven for Georgia Highway 400 toward Buckhead/Cumming. Continue onto Georgia Highway 400 North for six point three miles. Continue onto Georgia Highway 400 North/US Highway 19 North for twelve point four miles. Take exit ten for Georgia Highway 120/Old Milton Parkway toward Alpharetta. Use the right two lanes to turn right onto Georgia Highway 120 East/Old Milton Parkway, continuing for one point one miles. Turn right onto Brookside Parkway. Your destination will be your first left after the entrance to the Vito's restaurants and Que Restaurant/Sports Bar.
