My experience at ClearChoice – Fort Lauderdale was so amazing that I felt compelled to write a review. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was kind, friendly, and professional. Let me begin with Kimberly at the front desk. Kimberly felt like a friend from the start, with her beautiful smile and gentle, caring voice. We spoke several times on the phone, and she was always happy to hear from me—you could tell just by the tone in her voice. Next was Jacqui, who explained all the services and financing options. She answered all my many questions, and not once did I feel like I was asking too much—she actually encouraged my curiosity. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured. Honestly, it felt like they were so confident in the quality of their services that they didn’t need to sell me on anything. That confidence is what convinced me to move forward with ClearChoice. The preparation for my procedure began with several hours spent with Elisa, which included x-rays and impressions. Again, I had many questions, and she answered them all in a friendly, caring way. I asked how long she had been with the practice, and she told me it had been over nine years. She shared how much she loved her job because it makes a positive difference in people’s lives—and I could tell she genuinely meant it. I met Hector during my follow-up, and once again, I could tell he loved his job. His smile and personality were contagious. He was incredibly helpful in explaining what to expect over the next few months as everything healed. I was already thrilled with my temporary teeth and new smile, but he reminded me that these were just temporary—and that I’d be even happier with the permanent ones. I couldn’t have been more excited to hear that. Finally—though not to save the best for last, because everyone was amazing—I have to mention Dr. Alberto. From the moment I met him, his calm demeanor put me at ease. Like the rest of the team, it was clear he loved his work and was excellent at it. I was truly amazed that I never experienced any pain during or after the surgery. He explained in detail why his process is so effective, and it made perfect sense. Getting dental implants is a big decision, but I believe choosing ClearChoice was absolutely the right one. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering this journey.
