An extraordinarily difficult repair of a very complex implant procedure was made, gracefully and professionally. I was especially impressed because the original implant procedure was completed at a different Clear Choice location.

Five stars! I'm 44. I did not take very good care of my teeth and now at the general dentist they wanted to do several Bridges on the top left and right and crowns on my front teeth yada yada yada so I opted to pull them all and get dental implants a full Arch on the top. I have a nurse and two doctors who take care of me at Clear Choice and they are awesome. My nurse explained everything to me in my pre-op visit so I knew exactly what to expect and prepare myself for. My doctor who pulled my teeth out and put the rods in is very smart and explained things very simply and is very caring. My other doctor who is in charge of the arch and the way the teeth look and fit is very soft-spoken kind and tender. Shout out to my girl Retta who is my nurse remember girl it was all a dream! I would recommend Clear Choice to anyone. The process is smooth well explained very well organized. I'm very pleased with my treatment so far . I have 4 months to go before I can get my permanent teeth installed. But I have a lovely temporary smile until then. Everything was done in one day. No complications. I'm very happy thank you. Xo. Update! I think I'm 4 years into this grill and it's still amazing and so is clear choice. I see them once a year for a checkup and an x-ray they're very kind they tell me if I'm caring for my teeth well and how my gums and jawbones are. I'm very grateful for the smile they've given me.

From the North: Nead southeast on Interstate 75 South toward Exit 261. Take exit 260 for FL-574/Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Turn right onto FL-574 West. Turn right onto Park Oaks Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach the stop sign. Cross Highland Manor Drive to reach the entrance for One Highland Oaks Building. From the South: Head north on Interstate 75 North. Take exit 260B for FL-574 West/Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard/E MLK Jr. Boulevard. Turn right onto Park Oaks Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach the stop sign. Cross Highland Manor Drive to access the entrance for One Highland Oaks Building. From the West (Clearwater): Navigate to Gulf to Bay Boulevard East. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for FL-60 East. Use the right two lanes to merge onto Interstate 275 North. Take exit 45B for Interstate 4 East. Take exit 5 and stay right at the fork to continue onto East Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. In 3 miles, turn left onto North Falkenburg Road. Take your next right onto Highland Manor Drive. Then take the first available left turn into the One Highland Oaks Building parking lot.

We're located just west of I-75, near the intersection of Highland Manor Drive and North Falkenburg Road. Free parking is available in the ClearChoice assigned parking spots on the left side of the lot or in any open parking spot.
