Everything has gone very well. I had 2 implants with a 3 piece bridge attached. It’s a very time consuming process but that’s the nature of the beast. Every person I had doing their part were great. I would highly recommend this place for replacement teeth. It’s not cheap but compared to others they were the best price.

The staff from clear choice are amazing! I was nervous about my teeth and just wanted to be done with them. I hated how they looked but mostly how they felt. I was in pain every day and some days almost unbearable. The staff helped me to understand just how bad my situation had gotten and helped me through every step of the way. Their knowledge of my situation was outstanding and I couldn't have done this with out them. Im more confident and I love my smile now. Finally after my whole life of struggling with how they looked and felt i can confidently go every day knowing my smile is perfect. Its the happiest I've ever been about my teeth. From the North: Head south on Highway 35W. Take the exit for County Road D. Turn right onto County Highway 19/County Road D. Your destination will be on your left in 2 blocks. From the South: Head north on Highway 35W. Take the exit for County Road D. Turn right onto County Highway 19/County Road D. The office will be on your left in one block. From the East: Head west on Highway 94. Head north on Highway 35 East until you reach MN-36, then head west. Continue north on Highway 35 West. Take the exit for County Road D. Turn right onto County Highway 19/County Road D. The office will be on your left in one block. From the West: Head east on Interstate 394. Merge onto Highway 94 East. Take the left side exit for Highway 35 West North. Take the exit for County Road D. Turn right onto County Highway 19/County Road D. The office will be on your left in one block.
