My Process lasted a whole year and it was filled with issues, it was NOT a smooth process. With this being said, The best decision i made was to do my homework and pick the best place i could find. Dr. Yi Ren is simply a Perfectionist at her craft. Every Bump i had in my road, she and the whole staff was there to get me over it. She listened to my wants, althought she wanted me to go whiter (Ha), she respected my decision on my shade. Guys, what they do here is not easy, every mouth is different and has thier own issues. Im Proud of the workers at the Louisville Ky ClearChoice and the outcome i was given by them, Thomas

I put 5 stars so that it would show up on the reviews. So far my experience has been pretty bad. I’ve been lied to and have had excuse after excuse for why I haven’t had my implants put in. I should have gotten them almost 3 months ago.! They pulled my front 4 bottom teeth out and I had a bone craft. After the 90 day healing process I was told to come in to get my implants. The day before my appointment they rescheduled on me saying my teeth wasn’t ready yet. Then I got called again day before my second attempt to get my teeth saying they were on the way but they didn’t have a tracking number so they rescheduled me again. Then they call me again saying they couldn’t get ahold of the lab to find out if my teeth were done or not and this is weeks after they said they were on the way. About 2 or 3 weeks after that they call me and tell me they got ahold of the lab but the lab had not made my teeth because they had to order special stuff to make my teeth. I’m getting lied to and I’m paying a lot of money for teeth I should have had 3 months ago! I tried to report this to the better business bureau but of course they aren’t listed on there to make a complaint. It’s been hell for me so far. So I’d do some research before giving them a dime. At this point I’m getting scared that I’m being scammed or something. They said yes I should of had my teeth by now and they’re sorry but they’re not sorry. They don’t care.

Turn left onto Viking Center Drive. Turn left before the road curves, and the parking lot will be on your right. From the South: Head north on Kentucky State Route 1747 North/South Hurstbourne Parkway. Turn left onto Whittington Parkway and then turn right onto Viking Center Drive. Turn right at City Barbeque and continue straight into the parking lot. From the East: Head west on U.S. Highway 60/Shelbyville Road. Turn left onto Whittington Parkway and then turn left onto Viking Center Drive. Turn left before the road curves, and the parking lot will be on your right. From the West: Head east on U.S. Highway 60 East/Shelbyville Road. Turn right onto Whittington Parkway and then turn left onto Viking Center Drive.
