Hands down the greatest decision of my life! The entire process with the Clear Choice team in Indianapolis (River Road) was incredible. They made me feel valued and supported. I would like to give them the recognition that they deserve. Tennille - the very first time I walked into the office I met with Tennille. I think she could sense my anxiety and nerves as I was truly unaware of what to expect with getting dental implants. Her knowledge, positivity, and calmness put me at ease. I had so many questions throughout my journey and she answered them all quickly. Tennille was always smiling and upbeat every time I saw her. It was a contagious energy in the office. I’m very appreciative of her support. Evelyn - I knew when I walked into the office that I would be greeted with a smile from Evelyn. She remembered my name after the first visit! Literally for each of the 5 times I came to the office for appointments (over a 3 month period), she called me by name as soon as I walked in. It may seem like a small gesture, but it shows that she was happy to see patients and they were important. She also provides some great recommendations for food to eat after you receive your finals :) Audry - Audry was always very welcoming at the front desk. I also spoke with her on the phone a few times. A week before I was scheduled to get my final Zirconias, she called me and said that we needed to push back my final appointment by 2 weeks because Dr. Barbosa wasn’t satisfied by how my new teeth were made. I was a little disappointed at first but I thought about it and realized that this is something that shouldn’t be rushed. The fact that he wanted them to be better for me just shows that he truly wants the best for his patients. Audry was apologetic on the call and she truly felt bad about the date being moved. I knew it was out of her control but the fact that she cared is what matters to me. MJ - I met MJ on my first initial appointment after I committed to getting my dental implants. She was so smart and knew her job inside and out. My wife came with me to the appointment (she was also anxious about the process), and MJ answered all of her questions and mine with credence and clarity. I gained my first sense of confidence after meeting with MJ. Mandy - I was so grateful to have Mandy supporting me during this journey. Mandy showed me how to properly floss and use my new water pick after I got my temporary teeth. She explained what to do and what not to do. Her words of wisdom and daily reminders helped me successfully care for my teeth and gums. She was also personable and funny which I appreciated especially. Dr. Desmon Brown - Dr. Brown is a blessing. On the day of my surgery, he sat down with my wife and I and explained step by step what he would be doing for the procedure. He assured me that I was in excellent care and my immediate fears went away. During surgery, his voice was calm and he frequently asked how I was doing. It was not painful; if there was any kind of pressure in my mouth that would be uncomfortable for me, he would give me a friendly warning. It would only last a few seconds and wasn’t bad at all. I’m very grateful for Dr. Brown. Dr. Fidel Barbosa - Dr. Barbosa makes you feel like you are his ONLY patient when he’s talking to you. That’s what it felt like for me. His attention to detail is one of a kind and he’s a true source of wisdom. After my final zirconia implants were inserted, he showed me a picture that MJ took of me on my first initial appointment. My teeth were off their rocker, yellow, and the infection in my mouth/gums were causing my face to feel defeated and look bloated. You could see it in my smile and in my eyes that I was not happy with my teeth or mouth. After looking at the photo, he told me to look in the mirror and it was as if I was looking at a different person. My teeth look white, feel natural, and my confidence has been fully restored. In just 3 months my life has changed completely. If you’re having doubts, take a deep breath, drive to the office and speak with Tennille!
