From the Santa Monica/Los Angeles: Navigate to Interstate 405 South. Take exit 42A for Hawthorne Boulevard/CA-107. Turn right onto Hawthorne Boulevard and continue, passing a mile of car dealerships. After approximately 3 miles, turn right onto West Carson Street. In 400 feet, turn right into the parking lot. From the Long Beach area: Navigate to Seaside Freeway/California State Route 47. Stay right to merge onto Interstate 110 toward Harbor Freeway/Los Angeles. Continue on Interstate 110 and take exit 5 for Sepulveda Boulevard. Turn left onto Sepulveda Boulevard. After 4 miles, turn right onto Hawthorne Boulevard. Turn left onto West Carson Street. In 400 feet, turn right into the parking lot. From the Anaheim area: Navigate to California State Route 91 East. Take exit 6 for Interstate 110 South toward San Pedro. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Interstate 405 North, and merge onto Interstate 405 North. Take exit 40 for Artesia Boulevard/California State Route 91. Turn right onto Artesia Boulevard. In one mile, turn left onto Hawthorne Boulevard, noting the Starbucks on the corner. Travel 3 miles and turn right onto West Carson Street. In 400 feet, turn right into the parking lot. PLEASE NOTE: With construction going on at the entrance on Carson, the second entrance to our parking garage is located on Del Amo Circle. Coming from Hawthorne Blvd you'll turn on Del Amo Circle Street then make a left between Urban Plates and the 24-Hour Fitness. At the back corner, you'll see Del Amo Crossing, which is the entrance to our parking garage. There will be two parking structure entrances, the first is shopping and retail directly under 24-hour fitness, you will go to second “office visitor parking”. We're located across the street from the Barnes & Noble Bookstore and the Del Amo Mall complex. We are the northernmost circular free-standing building marked as “Pavilion A” at the foot of the black & white California Bank & Trust highrise. The entrance to visitor parking is off W. Carson St. Turn right into the parking lot and stay right to enter the covered parking garage. Park in one of the five designated ClearChoice parking spots, or where space is available. Cross bridge and locate Pavilion A.
