My experience at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center Roseville location has been exceptional from start to finish. From my first consultation in 2025 through receiving my permanent All-On-4 implants later that year, every single person treated me with kindness, encouragement, and genuine care. Karli and Nikki at the front desk were always upbeat, welcoming, and encouraging. Whether answering phones, scheduling appointments, or greeting patients, they both had a way of immediately making me feel comfortable. Sandra handled much of my pre-op assessment and coordination and was wonderful throughout the process. Because I have CVID (Common Variable Immune Deficiency), chronic sinus issues, multiple prior sinus surgeries, and a high risk of infection, there was a lot of additional planning involved before surgery. Sandra was reassuring, attentive, and always easy to talk to. Dr. Niggebrugge took my medical concerns seriously from the very beginning. He met with me multiple times to discuss my CVID diagnosis, infection risks, healing concerns, and surgical planning. Before surgery I jokingly asked if I’d still be able to whistle afterward because that’s how I call my cat, Olivia. I’m happy to report that I can still whistle! About a week after surgery, I developed an infection and ended up in the ER needing antibiotics. Dr. Niggebrugge saw me afterward for follow-up care, checked everything thoroughly, and reassured me that I was healing properly. Dr. Huang played a huge role in every part of this process. We had detailed discussions about the safest implant options given my medical history, and together decided All-On-4 implants would be the best approach for me. I never felt rushed, and every concern I had was addressed thoughtfully and thoroughly. Dr. Huang also has an incredible eye for aesthetics. The amount of thought and precision that went into choosing the shape and color of my teeth and gums was honestly impressive. My final results look natural and beautiful, and I truly love my new smile. The confidence this has given me has been life changing. The day I received my final implants, I practically jumped out of the chair before it was even lowered because I was so excited to see them in the mirror. I cried happy tears and apparently loud enough that Nikki came running back from the reception area saying, “Oh my God Susan, we can hear you out front!” Then she hugged me. Thank you as well to Teresa, Riley, and Tara, the prosthodontic assistants, who were always supportive, patient, and professional. Teresa especially made a lasting impression on me. The day I received my final implants, I found myself looking around for her because I really wanted her to see my new smile, but she was in surgery that day. Even recently, when I thought I might be developing another infection, the office saw me immediately and performed a thorough exam. That level of responsiveness and care has been consistent throughout my entire experience. I hope this review encourages other immune compromised patients not to automatically assume implants are impossible for them. I never once felt like just another patient.
