I would give 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. The entire staff at Clear Choice are excellent at their jobs. They go over every aspect of your procedure with you and will go over it as many times as you need to be comfortable with your decision. Jennifer North at the South Jordan, Utah facility, near Salt Lake City, was especially helpful. I couldn’t get over the idea of pulling teeth that weren’t bothering me at the time, but she had the doctor come in a SECOND time who explained in detail why. She showed me on my initial scan where I had underlying decay on teeth that were supporting a bridge. After being shown in detail that I wouldn’t have them long, it was obvious, even to me, that doing the top and bottom teeth was the right decision.

From Downtown Salt Lake City: I-15 South to South Jordan. Take Exit 293 for 10600 South, keeping right onto West South Jordan Parkway. Turn left at the second traffic light, River Front Parkway, then keep right. Turn right into the third driveway on the right. You'll see the ClearChoice sign on the building. From Provo/Orem: Head north on I-15 towards South Jordan. Take Exit 293 for 10600 South. Turn left at the light and head west on 10600 South (West South Jordan Parkway). At the second traffic light, turn left onto River Front Parkway and then keep right. Turn right into the third driveway on the right. You'll see the ClearChoice sign on the building.
