Role Overview

As the Director of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for our digital channels and in how the brand is represented to our patients and prospective patients.  Our digital platforms are the primary way in which prospective patients engage with the brand, learning more about who we are and what our procedure entails, with the ultimate goal for them to schedule an appointment at one of our Centers.  You will have a particular focus on increasing organic search traffic, partnering with our media team to increase conversion on paid traffic, and ultimately optimizing lead and schedule conversion.  You’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, as well as in enhancing the patient experience by creating a more connected and personalized patient journey between our online and offline experiences. 

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with the brand vision and goals. 
  • Assume revenue and budget management responsibility for the Ecommerce channels, with oversight and accountability for the strategies and tactics necessary to meet, or exceed, weekly, monthly and annual KPIs
  • Attract, build, lead, coach and mentor a team directly responsible for managing the patient funnel and experience through the site including SEO, Content Strategy, UX and Conversion Rate Optimization.
  • Build and manage a prioritized testing roadmap, design and run tests on a clearly-defined testing cycle, implement winning tests and develop new challengers.
  • Guide the strategic approach and oversee process management for SEO strategies.  Must be grounded in technical SEO, local listings and business profile management.  Demonstrated proficiency in navigating algorithm changes and staying abreast of industry trends.  Lead and manage SEO growth strategies.
  • Lead the A/B and multivariate testing setup and execution to continuously improve the E-Commerce platform, enhance the user experience and improve conversions online.
  • Develop new content platforms and user experiences to serve patients at different stages of their treatment journey.
  • Lead a platform strategy, design, content and architecture build, from business case development to product roadmapping through to execution
  • Partner effectively in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group across Engineering, Analytics, Campaign Operations and develop standard ways of operating.
  • Manage business performance by tracking and analyzing data and site metrics to identify new opportunities that increase site conversion.
  • Effectively partner with Marketing, CRM, Creative, Analytics, IT, Center Operations teams to maximize the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to SEO, organic search, and conversion optimization.
  • Implement SEO optimizations tailored to location/store level to improve rankings and drive organic traffic

 

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in e-commerce/DTC businesses, ideally in a growth marketing function with clear understanding of commercial drivers for DTC business models
  • Proficiency in agile product development 
  • Results driven mindset and proven track record to deliver against multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to solve problems and able to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify root causes and develop hypotheses and solutions
  • Data-driven and analytics – able to draw insights from performance and deliver on key user metrics
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies 
  • Experience with web analytics platforms 
  • 15+ years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles with a proven track record of increasing organic search traffic and improving lead conversion.
  • Deep understanding of SEO strategies, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Experience overseeing the launch of new websites and implementing new technology stacks.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated range for this position is $170,000-$200,000 annual base salary plus discretionary performance-based bonus up to 25%. Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.
