Questions about our Lifetime Warranty, answered
What is covered by the Lifetime Zirconia Warranty?
Fractures in your zirconia prosthesis including breaks or manufacturing defects in the zirconia material are covered.
What is not covered by the Lifetime Zirconia Warranty?
Fractures, breaks, or chips due to trauma or misuse
Fractures, breaks, or chips due to treatment by another dental professional
Prostheses issues related to damaged or failed implants
What will ClearChoice do under the Lifetime Zirconia Warranty?
If you have a covered fracture, a new full-arch zirconia prosthesis, that is an exact duplicate of the previous arch, will be offered. Any cosmetic changes you request would be subject to additional fees. If a replacement zirconia arch is not viable, a substitute treatment may be provided.
How do I get service for the Lifetime Zirconia Warranty?

What else should I need to know?
Certain actions or omissions by you could render the warranty null and void, including, but not limited to:
Failing to receive regular routine cleanings of the implants and prosthesis at the schedule recommended by the Practice
Failing to use a night guard, if applicable and as recommended by the Practice
Failing to adhere to any other post-treatment instructions provided by the Practice
Receiving treatment or repair on the prosthesis or implants from a non-ClearChoice provider
Dismissal as a patient by your treating ClearChoice provider
If the doctor determines that patient behaviors and oral habits caused the breakage, a replacement zirconia arch might not be viable and a substitute treatment may be provided.
State law may affect your rights under this warranty.
Generally, what happens if your surgical implant fails?
If failure happens within the ClearChoice 5-Year Pledge timeline, the surgical implant and prosthesis will be covered pursuant to that Pledge.
If your implant fails outside of 5-Year Pledge, the surgery, subsequent fabrication of a new prosthesis, and new implants that may be required, are not covered under this warranty.
