Dr. Yu Kato graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in Long Island, New York. He continued his education at the Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine where he completed an extensive three-year postgraduate residency and received a certificate in Advanced Specialty Education Program in Prosthodontics.
In addition to being a key member of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in White Plains, Dr. Kato has been an associate Dentist and Prosthodontist in private practice. He is passionate about restoring his patients’ smiles and oral function by promoting the highest standard in dental care and has participated in several volunteer outreach missions. Dr. Kato is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and rooting for Michigan football. Dr. Kato is fluent in English and Japanese.
