About Dr. Cox

Dr. Stephen Cox received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Cox pursued his passion for complex treatment planning by attending the Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics Residency at the University of Illinois – Chicago College of Dentistry. Throughout his specialty training he conducted research to establish a fully digital denture workflow, which earned him his Master’s Degree in Oral Science. Additionally, Dr. Cox has passed the rigorous examination process of the American Board of Prosthodontics to become a board certified prosthodontist. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and Fellow of the American Academy of Prosthodontics, Dr. Cox has achieved the highest level of recognition in his specialty.

At ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, Dr. Cox has assembled a multidisciplinary specialty team that is able to develop innovative and thoughtful treatment plans that cater to each individual’s specific dental needs. This approach has enabled the center to plan and execute full-mouth rehabilitation with surgical placement and restoration of dental implants in one location.

Outside of work, Dr. Cox loves to cook, travel, and spend time with his family. On the weekends, you’ll find him and his wife walking their Bernese Mountain dog around New York City hunting for a new food spot.

“Transforming smiles with dental implants isn’t just about restoring teeth; it’s about restoring confidence, dignity, and quality of life in a meaningful way. We are changing lives everyday! What is more fulfilling than that?”
