I have been a patient of ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, for several years. For many patients, the relationship with an implant center may seem fairly straightforward: implants are placed, the final restoration is completed, and they return to their general dentist for routine care. My experience with ClearChoice has shown me something very different. Once you are a patient of ClearChoice, you remain their patient—and the Fort Washington team takes that responsibility seriously. From the moment I walk through the door, Jess is consistently warm, professional, and accommodating. She has always made every effort to work around my schedule and make the appointment process as easy as possible. That kind of consideration matters, and it sets the tone for the entire experience. I also want to specifically recognize Avery, one of the dental assistants. Avery is exceptional. Her chairside manner, compassion, and ability to recognize a patient’s concerns and fears are remarkable. She has a way of immediately making a patient feel comfortable and reassured. Her hands-on care, attentiveness, and professionalism are every bit as memorable as the clinical procedure itself. She is truly an asset to the practice. Most importantly, I want to recognize Dr. Montry Suprono. Recently, my general dentist brought an area of my gum to my attention that concerned me. I sent Dr. Suprono a photograph, assuming I would likely have to wait until the following day to speak with someone. Instead, around 6:00 pm in the evening, Dr. Suprono personally called me. I was worried, and that phone call immediately changed the entire experience for me. He took the time to address my concern, explain what he was seeing, and put me at ease. That level of accessibility, responsiveness, and personal commitment is extraordinary. The best way I can describe the care Dr. Suprono provides is concierge-level care within a clinical setting. What impressed me most was not simply that he called—it was that he clearly understood my fears and scheduled me immediately for the following day. His responsibility to his patients does not appear to end when the procedure is finished. That is rare. My experience with Dr. Montry Suprono, Avery, Jess, and the entire ClearChoice Fort Washington team has been extraordinary. John was extremely nice and professional and gentle. The whole stuff was incredible from the beginning of my consultation and having my procedure. go well with the doctors doing an extremely amazing smile for me. I am i'm so happy that I have pains in my cheeks from smiling. All day because of my beautiful smile. And even though it's temporary, I can only imagine what the permanent teeth are gonna look like.
