Dr. Eggleston has authored or co-authored several articles about facial reconstruction and surgery in refereed professional journals. Dr. Eggleston has been placing implants since 1994, and has focused much of his practice in recent years on implant reconstruction and implant dentistry.

Dr. Eggleston participated in the very first training in the country offered by Nobel Biocare on their CT-guided implant placement, and performed the first guided surgery in Austin. Dr. Eggleston has also performed the first cases of the All-on-4 surgery in Austin.

He holds privileges at hospitals in the Austin area from both major hospital groups (St. David’s and Seton networks).
