Dr. Perkins received his DDS degree and his advanced degree in prosthodontics at Marquette University. He joined the faculty as an Associate Professor of Prosthodontics at Marquette, and later, at the University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine.
Dr. Perkins established a private practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Then, in Ft. Collins, Colorado, he maintained a private practice limited to Prosthodontics and Implant Reconstructive Dentistry for 25 years. His past hospital affiliations include the VA Medical Center in Milwaukee and Presbyterian/St. Luke’s in Denver, Colorado.
Dr. Perkins is a member of the American Dental Association and the American College of Prosthodontics.
