Dr. Baxter earned his degree in dental surgery from the University of Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. His training in oral and maxillofacial surgery includes a general practice residency at Fresno community medical center and the Fresno VA hospital in Fresno, California. Dr. Baxter completed his residency at Denver Health Rocky Mountain Regional Trauma Center, where he also served as chief resident in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2011.
He comes to us from Colorado where he was the oral surgeon at an implant center. However, he grew up in Arizona, where much of his family still live. So when the opportunity came to join ClearChoice and return to the desert, Dr. Baxter was excited to become part of the Las Vegas team in 2013.
