Dr. Brown grew up in Kingston, Jamaica where he received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Zoology. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington DC, inducted into the National Dental School Honor Society Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the University Of Florida College Of Medicine in Jacksonville Florida. He is presently a Clinical Assistant Professor and Program Director at the Indiana University Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
Dr. Brown is passionate about helping patients achieve a healthy, confident smile. He is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and covers Level one facial trauma for Methodist Hospital, Eskenazi Health, Indiana University Riley hospital for children and St. Vincent Hospitals. He is also a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association. Service is important to Dr. Brown, which is why he has participated in several dental mission trips, including trips to the Philippines and rural Jamaica. Dr. Brown and his wife, Misty are happily married and enjoy life with their 3 daughters.
