What we are doing:

  • ClearChoice possesses a highly sophisticated Performance Marketing operational engine that drives an incredible amount of direct revenue for the Organization
     
  • The Digital Experience Team is responsible for shaping one of the most important parts of ClearChoice across all digital channels
     
  • We are kicking off a Digital Transformation that will tremendously enhance all of our Digital Experience properties including a Replatforming and Redesign to create a highly data driven, nuanced and even higher performing digital engine
     
  • We are looking for strong leads that will optimize our current properties, vision and execute our transformation journey and grow with us through this exciting journey

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Help define the Digital Product Roadmap, and then take direct responsibility for prioritizing and executing the initiatives within
  • Oversee and manage the full product lifecycle from discovery, requirements, solution design, user story writing, feature development and user acceptance testing
  • Collaborate closely with Leadership, UX, Content/Brand to create living User Journeys that will inform the intake, prioritization and execution of initiatives that support the Product Roadmap
  • Manage to the data; define what Metrics, KPI’s, Measurements are of highest value to Conversion & Engagement and ensure the Product platform is optimized to drive growth
  • Educate peers inside and outside of Digital and Marketing to what best in class Product Development principles are and how we are winning the space
  • Define the Digital Product Development process at Clearchoice to be best in class in approach and execution, striving to create product and technology workflows that are easy to use
  • Keep a pulse on the market, technology in trends to ensure that our Product fitment is always well ahead of our competitors and maximizing service to our customers
  • Advocate for the end-users (customers and team members) to build features and initiatives that reduce friction and pain points

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years in working in a similar role where you have led a full lifecycle of digital products / platforms
  • Strong experience in managing complex digital products, or a family of multiple digital products
  • Direct involvement from conception-to-execution of native mobile apps across iOS / Android / mobile-web
  • Ability to drive vision, strategy, business requirements, roadmap and execution for assigned Digital Product
  • A fierce advocacy for the total customer experience (acts as the customer advocate, articulating the users needs), through data and user driven product discovery and development methods
  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships at multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to articulate ideas through clear and concise verbal and written communication, displaying the ability to be an active listener
  • Ability to facilitate team / group discussions and possess strong negotiation skills (Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.)
  • Have an attention to detail across business & technical needs when composing them into pics and user Stories
  • An ability to create a narrative across user journeys, (create business cases for new products, and improvements to existing products )
  • Preferred – Previous healthcare experience (direct or agency)
