Security Analyst / Administrator

The ClearChoice Information Technology Department is looking for a Security Analyst / Administrator with a great work ethic and positive attitude.  Candidates must be willing to work as part of a team of technical and non-technical business partners.  Candidates must possess skills in systems and network security analysis, design, architecture, and administration.   

A candidate in this role must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to help set and maintain security standards. They must also be client-oriented, calm under pressure, and an agile thinker and planner.

Experience

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experienced in cyber threat intelligence gathering and reporting
• Experienced with threat and vulnerability management
• Ability to administer security operations and monitoring
• Knowledge of Software and Systems security
• Knowledge of Incident response handling
• Capable of developing and presenting detailed cyber reports
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments is preferred
• Experience with CASB/SASE environments is preferred
• Experience with HIPAA environments is preferred
• Three or more years of experience in information security
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or experience/certifications in related field (Network+, Security+, CySA+)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Partners with IT Engineers and technology teams to identify, assess, and remediate cyber security vulnerabilities within the organization on-premise and cloud applications and infrastructure
• Monitors and administers security solutions including Endpoint EDR, SASE, SIEM, eDiscovery, and IPS
• Partners with Infrastructure teams to perform or facilitate infrastructure security testing
• Performs periodic system configuration and policy reviews to ensure that systems are consistent with current security policies
• Research the latest information technology (IT) security trends
• Recommend security enhancements to management or senior IT staff

Salary based upon experience $80,000 – $90,000
