Position Summary

This position focuses on the systems to support the Call Center Team, Marketing, and Sales teams, specifically and associated systems. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the management and support of ClearChoice’s CRM software, Salesforce and its users. In addition to ensuring the continued success of Salesforce as CRM, the Salesforce Administrator will work closely with Operations and IT resources to support projects which enable an evolving workflow. This role will represent the needs of the business in determining system enhancements and customizations, acts as the primary “business owner” of these systems, and will serve as the administrator for the commercial business systems. 


  • Act as Salesforce Administrator
  • Manage Salesforce user licenses 
  • Ensure the continued success of the Salesforce CRM platform
  • Support projects which enable ClearChoice’s evolving workflows
  • Relay key issues to development and IT resources
  • Diagnose software issues and provide real-time solutions
  • Install and configure managed packages
  • Work with Sales staff to coordinate network training needs 
  • Engage business end users to determine requirements for system enhancements
  • Prioritize system enhancements in consultation with business users, IT, and executives
  • Train end users and field staff in the proper use of enhancements and ensure compliance with use
  • Monitor data quality and overall system compliance
  • Manage data quality exception reports and escalate issues
  • Help to formulate roadmap for future system enhancements
  • Provide testing and quality assurance sceanrios for customizations
  • Work to continuously improve business processes associated with Sales, Marketing, and Call Center functionality

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years + of software support/ implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or relevant work experience 
  • Ability to use Microsoft Suite and Google Suite effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the dental or medical industry
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • SCRUM/ Agile

Compensation and Benefits:

$75,000- $90,000 base compensation DOE

In addition to your base compensation, depending on position, you may be eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus (potential bonuses are merit based). Medical Insurance Coverage, Dental Insurance Coverage, Vision Insurance Coverage, Retirement Plan (401K) options are provided as an additional benefit of employment with ClearChoice.
