Summary

The Manager of Training and Recruiting will report to the Director of Performance Consulting and provide leadership and support in all training and recruiting activities.  This Manager’s goal will be to improve the talent of our Inside Sales representatives in the Care Connection Team, a 100-person Inside Sales and Service Support call center.  The candidate will achieve this through sourcing and identifying top sales talent and supporting their onboarding and future development.  The candidate must be both organized and goal-oriented to hit new hire sales agent targets each month.  This person must have an excellent instinct to identify and build sales talent and will support us to continuously refine our approach to this.  This energetic leader will need to build and deliver excellent trainings that inspire & engage our team.  A strong candidate will make a significant impact on both the Care Connection Team and ClearChoice’s business performance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support with training & coaching of Sales talent in conjunction with the Director of Performance Consulting
  • Co-lead and lead trainings to include the onboarding of new hires and improving the skill sets of existing Inside Sales representatives
  • Develop and support building coaching materials and trainings for Team Leaders
  • Oversee end-to-end recruiting process for Inside Sales representatives in the Care Connection Team and hit new hire Inside Sales goals each month
  • Work with the Director of Performance Consulting to understand the key attributes of successful sales talent in the Care Connection Team to feed recruiting strategies
  • Source leads through standard internal channels and also cultivate innovative internal and external channels and partnerships
  • Build efficient, cross-functional workflows and processes to manage a high volume of applications, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Manage selection process by identifying candidates via resumes, interviews, and other creative means who will be successful Inside Sales hires

 

Desired experience & skills

  • 3+ years recruiting, training, and/ or sales background required
  • Proof of ability to train top sales talent
  • Experience facilitation of group and individual trainings
  • Experience training sales talent to achieve and exceed targets and goals
  • Proof of ability to identify top sales talent
  • Demonstrated experience in building processes and workflows to hit targets
  • Experience sourcing recruiting leads and/ or building business partnerships
  • Self-starter who can own recruiting goals and key processes with limited oversight
  • Comfort and excitement for building new things
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Compensation and Benefits:

$60,000- $85,000 base compensation

In addition to your base compensation, you will be eligible to receive a bonus (bonuses are merit based). Medical Insurance Coverage, Dental Insurance Coverage, Vision Insurance Coverage, Retirement Plan (401K) options are provided as an additional benefit of employment with ClearChoice.
