Real Estate Program Mgr & Lease Coordinator | Denver

ClearChoice is seeking a Program Manager who wants to be a part of a quickly growing, nation-wide organization that provides hope to people experiencing tooth loss and other oral disease.


The Program Manager will be responsible for the full scope of program and project management services for regional, national, and targeted pilot and rollout programs related to physical infrastructure. (e.g., upper air UVc fixture installations, 3D imaging unit conversions, product line expansions, remodels):

  • Managing multiple programs focused on bringing new/upgraded equipment and systems into effective action
  • Assembling the necessary project resources, stakeholders, and establishing the process, deliverables and schedules.
  • Leading the project team as the responsible party for delivering outcomes.
  • Directing the initial deployment, developing and setting up the provided tracking processes, reporting and management systems for each program.
  • Ongoing management of new programs collecting and maintaining status updates using provided systems
  • Reviewing and processing contracts, purchase orders and invoices for assigned programs
  • Preparation of tenant improvement allowance reimbursement requests, from document collection, submittal, tracking and transaction closeout. Requiring direct interaction with landlords and property managers and the applicable internal departments
  • Work effectively with bringing together multiple internal departments and with external partners/vendors to achieve defined goals for each program

Lease Coordination responsibilities are contemplated as the following:

  • Tracking and proactive management and reporting of critical lease dates and events using the Lease Administration software.
  • Own the invoice/AP review and data entry process related to all leased real estate obligations
  • Responsible for the review, data entry and management of lease-related documents such as amendments and estoppels
  • Responding to questions with regards to procedures, lease interpretation, and billing calculations
  • Ensuring data integrity of the systems across the network and audit data from time to time.

General Duties to include the following:

  • Special projects as assigned by manager
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement by bringing ideas for improvement or change
  • Escalate risks throughout the organization appropriately


  • A history of successful project and program management
  • Experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously, with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Capable of creating and maintaining Gantt chart project schedules
  • Knowledge and experience using project management software (SmartSheet, Tango, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience or interest in learning commercial real estate concepts including tenant improvement allowance reimbursements, FS, MG, NNN lease structures as well as additional rent items like CAM, taxes, insurance and utilities. Familiarity with or interest in learning commercial lease documents (e.g., leases, amendments, memorandums, SNDAs, estoppels)
  • Prior experience with using lease administration software (Lucernex or Tango) or an interest in and willingness to learn
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of work experience in Project / Program Management, lease administration, real estate accounting or property management with exposure to and knowledge of commercial leases
  • Experience in motivating diverse, cross functional teams without hierarchical authority

Work Conditions

  • Fast-paced normal office environment; some stress may occur.
  • Frequent travel is not expected in this position, but occasional travel will be required
  • Partially remote, flexible work environment dictated by department and corporate policies (currently targeting 2 days/week in the office)
  • Some repetitive motion may be required
  • May sit for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits:

$60,000- $80,000 base compensation DOE

In addition to your base compensation, depending on position, you may be eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus (potential bonuses are merit based).
