Role Summary

The Media Strategy Coordinator will be the day-to-day steward of media planning and execution and will report to the Manager, Media Strategy. This position will work closely with supervisors to evolve the company’s media strategy and channel mix, in addition to updating planning process guidelines. There is an opportunity to express and develop recommendations/plans for senior leadership approval, therefore this candidate must have some media planning or buying experience and feel comfortable analyzing research or identifying insights from past campaign performance to inform future program decisions.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with agency team, internal stakeholders and industry reps
  • Adhere to project timelines and produce accurate and timely deliverables
  • Proactively monitor media landscape and identify relevant trends

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Understanding of traditional media, primarily TV/Video/OTT, Audio, Print – digital media a plus
  • A working comprehension of required media math; strong excel skills preferred
  • Knowledge of Nielsen, MRI, Simmons, R/F tools, comScore (and/or other industry-related tools)
  • Highly organized and process oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate in a team environment
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or medical services field is preferred
