Position Summary
The Care Connection Team (CCT) IT Operations Specialist will be a support player in day to day operations for a 100 person inbound and outbound sales and service call center. The IT Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting the Leadership Team and CCT agents in systems and software to ensure the team has the tools and resources to perform their jobs successfully. We are seeking a tech savvy, growth oriented candidate to join our team in ensuring our patient-focused mission is always at the core of our day to day operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years experience working in a comparable Operations or IT role 
  • Knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Ability to work within a team using interpersonal skills such as compassion, empathy and conviction 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills as well as presentation skills 
  • High self-motivation and initiative with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects 
  • Must be highly proficient with computer systems, software applications and problem solving 
  • Ability to multi-task through multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of Contact Center Software, computer troubleshooting, and hardware installation 
  • Basic understanding of data analytics using functions or formulas in MS Excel/Google Sheets 
  • Ability to perform technical support in a remote setting 
  • Experience with inContact, SalesForce, Gong, Help Desk, and Google Suite a plus
  • Flexible and dependable 
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment 
  • Residence in Colorado-Denver Metro or surrounding area to support onsite IT operations a plus

Remote Requirements: 

  • Must be highly proficient with computer systems, software applications and problem solving.
  • Secure, reliable and dedicated high speed internet is required to support business needs
  •  
  • Must have a dedicated work area with minimal distractions and no visibility to your computer screen, by others 
  • Residence in Colorado-Denver Metro or surrounding area to support onsite IT operations, a plus 
  • Some cell phone use may be required
