What we are doing:

  • ClearChoice possesses a highly sophisticated Performance Marketing operational engine that drives an incredible amount of direct revenue for the Organization
  • The Digital Experience Team is responsible for shaping one of the most important parts of ClearChoice across all digital channels
  • We are kicking off a Digital Transformation that will tremendously enhance all of our Digital Experience properties including a Replatforming and Redesign to create a highly data driven, nuanced and even higher performing digital engine
  • We are looking for strong leads that will optimize our current properties, vision and execute our transformation journey and grow with us through this exciting journey

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • ​​Implement and run projects and pilots (including but not limited to CRO, Design, Replatforming_ to help prove plausibility of technology innovation, including running project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Work with cross functional teams across the business, and run multiple projects across multiple seasons, and multiple platforms.
  • Create project documentation templates and specifications for Web projects, including schedules, and presentation materials
  • Create processes to optimize tasks & communications between Teams, building on what currently exists
  • Lead the Change Management function for the Digital Product Experience Teams, spanning across Marketing and IT
  • Identify issues and mitigate quickly, with a strong sense of tact
  • Create systems and organization out of a chaotic process


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Program Manager, Sr. Digital Producer or Sr. Project Manager in a high performing client-side environment, digital agency, or related field and/or consulting environment
  • Experience managing and facilitating collaboration among diverse abilities, including designers, technologists and marketers
  • Ability to learn and consolidate highly complex concepts, processes and ideas, and synthesize them into materials to help communicate these ideas in a digestible and simplified manner.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong project management capabilities to lead multiple project streams and complexity; curiosity about thinking through projects in a process-oriented way
  • Strong attention to detail, proven track record to organize, prioritize and deliver outcomes
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical audiences
  • Outstanding influencing skills with experience engaging diverse set of cross-functional partners
  • Highly flexible, able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • ClearChoice business knowledge and established credibility within the business is a plus
  • Preferred – Previous healthcare experience (direct or agency)
