Summary

We are excited to announce that this location will be co-located with Aspen Dental, allowing for additional, unique opportunities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective patients at the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center as part of the initial dental implant consultation
  • Support prospective patients in their understanding of implant solutions in cooperation with the treating doctors, utilizing the ClearChoice consultation process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective ClearChoice patients, providing a smooth transition between consult and treatment
  • Support  existing patients with new treatment opportunities, which may include facilitating transfers to other providers initiated by treating doctors
  • Communicate effectively with both Aspen & ClearChoice teams for the ultimate patient experience
  • Use prospective patient management platform and maintain accurate and efficient records 
  • Manage follow up process by reaching out to prospective patients who have already expressed an interest in dental implant solutions.   
  • Support and educate prospective patients  on the process, identify where they are in their decision-making, and/or follow up with those who have had a consultation and may have delayed treatment
  • Participate, as needed, in the local outbound communication  efforts for the Center 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent sales and presentation skills (5-7 years consultative B2C selling experience)
  • Strong communication and rapport building skills
  • Self-motivation, drive and initiative
  • An outgoing and confident approach
  • Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients
  • Experience using a customer relation management platform (e.g. Salesforce) preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

$60,000- $70,000 base compensation + an 80% bonus target (uncapped bonus earnings are paid monthly)

In addition to your base compensation, you will be eligible to receive a merit-based bonus . Medical Insurance Coverage, Dental Insurance Coverage, Vision Insurance Coverage, Retirement Plan (401K) options are provided as an additional benefit of employment.
